If you are ready to take the big Global leap, Sonata creates custom Global Operating Units (GOU's) to supply our clients exactly what they need to succeed in today's fast-paced industries. GOU's contain all of the core functionality to keep projects or teams at peak efficiency. A typical GOU contains the following functions:
All of our GOUs work in secure facilities based on our client's individual requirements. Both physical and digital security can be managed and monitored within each GOU. The result is peace of mind knowing that your projects are managed with the highest level of integrity.
Sonata does not deploy intellectual property (IP); and have no product beyond the teams and services we develop. Therefore no conflict of interest can ever exist between our client's IP and our own. As necessary our employees are bound to individual NDA, CDA and IP release agreements. We guarantee our client IP, trade secrets and work product are well protected.
Based on project requirements, our multiple global locations allow Sonata to configure teams for support on an as-needed basis. Unlike traditional outsourcing configurations Sonata directly manages resources outside the local client time zone. Say goodbye to early morning calls to India, or late night calls to Asia; and say hello to a unified global team.
No one knows more about your product than you do. That's why the Sonata model allows you to manage your team directly. Whether it's a single point of contact, or individual team members our goal is to provide our clients with the communication and direction that fits their organizational style.
